The YMCA Donelson Hermitage will be having a Women's Day Out on 11/22/09 from noon-6PM. This event is free and open to the public. I must find my small dog, Piedmont, a home. He is a rescue that I have had since he was just a baby. He is a little over 1 year old, has been fixed and has all of his shots. He is housebroken, funny, silly and a great companion. He is wonderful with my two small grandchildren. He is also very good with my older female dog.

He is an inside dog but loves to run outside so a fenced in yard is a must. He weighs about 14 pounds and is full grown.
Piedmont is just a full blooded mutt. He is really sweet and really cute and just a good dog. I want only the best for him so please if you are interested, be sure you are ready to take great care of him. Thanks.

Jazz – Hip Hop
Ages 7 - up

This is a fun class that will infuse jazz and hip hop moves during the activity. Contemporary Jazz uses more contemporary music and hip-hop style moves and will focus on Jazz positions, turns, jumps and leaps. Students will also work at center and work on choreography. Past hip hop experience is great but even beginners will have a blast in this fast paced, high energy dance class which introduces basic hip hop, the latest trends, and exciting break-dancing moves. Dance conditioning will be introduced to strengthen the body for more advanced hip hop training. All movement will be non-provocative and age appropriate. All music will be free of questionable lyrics.
