1996 Volvo - Red Volvo with CAT engine. Overhauled at 900,000 Miles, has 1.3 Million Miles. Truck has good tires that will pass DOT, new starter, new front differential. Truck needs a transmission replaced. Presently sitting and will need to be towed away. Truck generated over $125,000 dollars gross pulling flatbed loads in 2008 and was grounded because of transmission. Otherwise, this truck is in good shape inside and out and would be a great revenue generator. 1997 Volvo - White Volvo with Cummins engine. Has approximately 930,000 Miles. Truck has good tires that will pass DOT. Truck was pulled off the road because of driver quitting, generated $163,000 in gross sales in a 15 month period pulling Flatbed loads. Truck needs a starter and is presently sitting. Truck also needs AC replaced, which I have all new parts for to be put on. 2000 Freightliner - Red Freightliner with Detroit 60 Engine with approximately 987,000 Miles. Engine overhauled at 850,000 Miles. Truck has good tires that will pass DOT. Truck is in great working condition and needs no work. Truck has two new seats in it for Driver and passenger and a new bed mattress. This truck generated $69,699 from April through August and was pulled off the road when Team drivers resigned. 2002 Freighliner - Brown Freightliner with Detroit 60 Engine with approximately 870,000 Miles. Truck has good tires that will pass DOT and is in great working condition. New Rear Differential was replaced approximately 6 months ago as well as a new Turbo. New alternator last year (part only cost $150). Brakes good. Water pump replaced 2008 (part only cost $85), Tires are fine.
Has been reliable with very little needing doing until now to keep on the road. Have keys/title etc. Power windows, power sun roof/moon roof. Used regularly until march 09 when the oil leak started. May have rear main seal crack. Needs head gasket seal replaced (have one here + spark plugs new - you can have them for $FREE) Transmission: Solenoid issue. Start in 1st, 2nd then drive and it's fine. reverse works fine. Interior is pretty good (see pics), no wear or tears, just needs vacuuming out - only issue is front arm rest which will need to be replaced or covered. Dent to rear passenger side, broken signal cover on passenger side, someone sprayed some white paint on the left rear wheel arch but not huge. Has been standing for about 5 months so won't start. I'm sure it's the battery because it always started with no problem before I stopped driving it. When I was driving this car, the engine purred, she ran perfectly and got around 30 to the gallon on long trips (even more between 50 and 60mph). Appx 20/22 urban driving. With new plugs, she'd do even better! With some work, this car could be in great condition and will last you many more years. Or, you could make money on this, just fix it up. Japanese cars are quality cars and Toyota is still one of the few makes selling well in this economy. Brand new battery - w/ 3 year warranty from Autozone. All 4 tires were replaced at 90,000 miles. This car has a rebuilt title, NOT salvage - rebuilt. Body and interior are in good condition. Clean inside. Power windows,locks,mirrors,automatic transmission, AM/FM cassette, rear window defroster, A/C and heat work perfectly. Headliner is coming unglued along rear window.
