Assist in day to day operations consisting of sales, returns, shipping and receiving, inventory management, advertising/marketing

Ensure customer service standards to maximize customer experience.
Maintain store appearance standards

Job Requirements

Excellent customer service and sales skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Some College experience strongly preferred (any major)

High comfort level with technology, especially with point of sales systems.

Recent college graduates okay

Textbook Brokers is an aggressive, fast growing company. We own and operate college textbook stores throughout the United States and are currently looking to expand our staff.

We are currently seeking ambitious and sharp candidates who enjoy working in a team environment, and are able to work retail hours (overtime and weekends periodically), have strong retail experience and/or abilities, learn and adapt to new environments quickly and have excellent customer service skills.
