The production support team is responsible for the technical support of a suite of products and services. The team handles support requests, incidents, issues, tickets, and data remediation, to ensure quality delivery of services to clients. This is a critical role requiring a highly dedicated individual who can take ownership and provide procedural and technical support to various teams and internal/external stakeholders. Potential contract to hire position for mid-level Product Support Rep. Contractor will be providing 2nd tier support to clients for web based payment applications and POS devices, in a Help Desk environment.Minimum Qualifications: - Previous experience in a Technical Support role is required (position is client facing) - Experience with ticketing systems Preferred Skills: - Experience in a payment processing environment is preferred - Experience writing SQL queries and SQL Server Database is a plus (currently using 2008) - Experience troubleshooting ASP.Net applications is a plus - FTP experience is a plus - Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required Conversion salary will vary based on experience.
