I have a studio that is available for rent. The building is an old car factory that was built in 1881. So very rustic and urban feel. Great hardwood floors and lots of natural light through the 8x5 ft windows which face North and provide perfect light all day. There are some available backgrounds to use. The space is roughly 1200 sq ft and pretty open. It is dedicated more towards Photography or Video use such as doing interviews or setting up as a base camp to film on grounds or other location close to downtown. If you have another use please feel free to contact me. There is a movable 10x15ft Wall to use as a background or separate the space as needed. It is on rollers and easily movable by only one person. There is a projection screen, refrigerator, and dressing room available for your use.
Monthly Rental Fees
If you would like to have consistent studio time available at a better rate this is the best option. Each of the following options are for a minimum of 6 month agreed contract. If you cancel at the end of the 6 months I just need to know 30days ahead a time. The benefit of renting monthly is to have your own access to the studio and storage of your equipment/backgrounds/props etc is included in the price.
1 Full day and 2 Half day - $220
3 Full days - $275
3 Full days and 2 Half Days - $325
4 Full days and 3 Half Days - $400
** Half Day shoots are up to 4 hours and full day shoots are up to 10. **
Daily or Weekly Rental Fees
The space rents for $25 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours for photography and simple video 1 on 1 interviews (one camera man and one subject no crew). If you are shooting video and have a production crew and multiple people. The first 3 hours are $150 then $25 an hour after that. To ensure you get the studio on the date you want, it is best to book early and we do except last minute rentals if available. All details of the job you will be utilizing the space or building for must be disclosed up front. If you rent back to back days you are only charged for the shooting hours not over night. If you are doing multi-day shoots (IE 2 or more days in a row) please contact us for pricing options and a custom quote.
