$835, 2br, Keep my $895 deposit, take over my lease @ Lakes of Bellevue

Two bdrm, one bath apt @ Lakes of Bellevue. Have to move out for financial reasons. We can do a lease assumption, which means the lease goes out of my name and into yours. BUT my $895 deposit stays with the apt and is YOURS upon move-out. The lease runs until the beginning of June, with the option to renew. You are welcome to move in RIGHT NOW. My stuff is out, all you have to do is apply at the office and get approved. I will pay the lease assumption fee. Rent includes water and valet trash service, and is $835. Electric is separate and runs around $100 or lower per month. If you want to move in right away, I would just have you pay me a pro-rated amount for the number of days in February you are there, as I will have to go ahead and pay February rent. This is a really nice complex, three swimming pools, great staff, very quiet neighbors. I don't smoke and don't have pets or kids, so I left the place in great shape.
