$835, 2br, Keep my $895 deposit, take over lease @ Lakes of Bellevue

Have to get someone to take over my lease ASAP for financial reasons. I have had lots of interested emails and phone calls, but no one has actually looked at the place. I have moved out and cleaned the place; come take a look! You will not pay a deposit; my deposit ($895) stays with the apartment and will be yours upon move-out! Lease is through June 5, 2012 with the option to renew. Two bedroom, one bath, 785 sq. ft., dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups. Great complex--three swimming pools, great staff, quiet neighbors, very clean and safe. $835/month covers rent, water, and valet trash service. Come take a look. If you like it, you do an application and we sign paperwork. The lease goes into your name, and you pay nothing but rent upfront. I have already paid February rent, but would love to be reimbursed for whatever portion of February you live there. You can move in as soon as we get the paperwork signed!
