Description
Counsel On Call, a recognized leader in the most rapidly growing segment of the legal profession, seeks an HRIS Coordinator to work with the shared services team from our corporate office in Brentwood. This position is responsible for data entry, maintaining the database with updated information and reporting. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist sales and recruiting teams’ daily requests sent to the shared services centralized email box
• Create employee and client profiles in database
• Update database with documents such as applications, client records, signed contracts, references, resumes, interview notes, and other documents upon request
• Run drug screens and backgrounds on applicants
• Process status changes and terminations
• Verify attorney licensures
• Input employee and client information into multiple databases in a timely manner
• Maintain and run various reports and audits
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: productivity, quality, efficiency and timely entry
• Maintain flexibility in an ever changing environment
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years’ experience working in office environment
• Very strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Extensive experience with computer applications and databases
• Ability to multi-task and works well under pressure
• Excellent time management and flexibility
• Works well in a team environment yet has ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Human resources experience
• StaffSuite and/or ADP systems knowledge
